Cody Hall
Chef Cody Hall’s passion for the culinary world began at just 13, inspired by his mother, a bar manager, and sparked by a love for creating memorable meals.
Starting in local kitchens, he worked his way up from dishwashing to food preparation, quickly earning hands-on opportunities through his natural drive, focus, and dedication.Largely self-taught, Cody shaped his craft through high school classes, relentless self-learning, and more than two decades of experience.
His journey is fueled by curiosity and creativity—experimenting, refining, and mastering every detail. For Cody, being self-taught isn’t just a background; it’s a badge of honor, reflecting his passion, perseverance, and commitment to the culinary arts.Guided along the way by the mentorship of Chefs Paul Lamarre and Nathan Maleski at Bailiwicks, Cody honed his technique and developed his distinctive style.
