General Manager Heidi Shellmer has been with the Wild Rose Restaurant over 20 years. Heidi oversees all day-to-day operations and coordinates the management team and hourly employees of our North Conway, NH hotel. A driving force in guest satisfaction, Heidi is also the Manor’s Team Leader for Making Strides Against Cancer, one of the Hotel’s two major charity causes.
